Now hiring - Disability Support Professionals (Casual)

Various shift types (weekdays and weekends) and shift lengths.

What you'll be doing

• Providing personal care assistance, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Helping clients with meal preparation, feeding, and medication management
• Facilitating recreational and social activities to improve clients' quality of life
• Accompanying clients to appointments and outings, providing transportation as needed
• Documenting client progress and updates in accordance with organisational policies
• Advocating for clients' rights and ensuring their safety and comfort
• Collaborating with the broader care team to implement and monitor client care plans

Who we're looking for

• Dedicated, compassionate and reliable individuals who can work a variety of shift types and lengths 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and their families
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to improve the lives of individuals with disabilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, following established protocols and procedures
• A current driver's licence and the ability to provide your own reliable transport
• Relevant NDIS worker screen checks/clearances 
• Working with Children Check (WWC)
