Platinum Support Foundation is a community services organisation committed to supporting young people with disability. Based in Port Macquarie in NSW, our person-centric support services help our participants transition to more independent living.
We exist to provide the care and support needed to enable our participants to have greater choice and control of their lives, to build life-long friendships and relationships with community.

Our values
Respect: We believe in the right of both staff and participants, regardless of belief or culture, to be treated with respect;
Hope: We believe in creating an atmosphere of hope where staff and participants find meaning in their experiences and relationships;
Mainstream Engagement: We believe in providing support care in community contexts and by mainstream community providers, wherever possible;
Person Centred: We believe participants need to be actively involved in decision making at all levels of the support service;
Outward looking: We believe in looking for opportunities for participants to find ways of contributing to the community we interact with, especially the disadvantaged or those in need.
